, have spent thirty years making music and in that time they have not only received critical acclaim for their albums (including three Grammy nominations), but have built a reputation for being one of the most exciting live bands in the business. For the last decade the band lineup has been made up of Greg Carmichael on nylon guitar, Miles Gilderdale on steel string acoustic and electric guitars, Fred White on keyboards and the powerhouse rhythm section of Greg Grainger on drums and his brother, Gary Grainger on bass. Despite a tragic setback in the late 1990s and the inherent challenges of the 21st century music industry – the group has assembled and sustained a vast and loyal following that stretches well beyond their U.K. origins.

Once a self-proclaimed retired artist is now back to being one of the world’s top violinist. The people have taken note. His musical career spans over a decade, and his inspiring journey of making it big, losing it all, fighting to rebuild, and getting a second chance at success is as much apart of his brand identity than being among the top violinist in the world. Looking back at his journey, Damien realizes it all needed to fall apart so he could be forced to grow while putting it back together the right way. Prevailing was a process and it started with unburying his talent-- his love of playing the violin.

Local Artist Showcase K-Frost
Kyron Kirby (aka K-Frost) was destined to become a drummer extraordinaire ever since he started playing at the age of three. Not being the average nineteen year old, Kyron appreciates the vast and expressive possibilities of music while he simultaneously masters his chosen instrument: the drums. Rhythm, pitch, and dynamics are all prevalent through Kyron’s percussion-playing prowess and anyone who’s seen him play live will agree. Kyron’s unique drumming style has been noticed by John Paris of Earth, Wind & Fire, Jonathan Moffet (drummer for Elton John & Michael Jackson) as well as many other famous drummers. This recognition has allowed him to share the stage with Pete Escovedo, The Whispers, Sheila E, The O’Jays, Angie Stone, Pieces of a Dream and even more! Now, after returning from a percussion camp at the Berklee College of Music in Boston, Kyron has committed to sharing his skills with the world. After graduating high school and having the time to let his creativity soar, Kyron is now ready to present “The K-Frost Experiment” where music meets the soul!!
